This man has transformed his appearance beyond recognition. He has covered his body with countless tattoos and now has 560 piercings. He even has horn-like implants on his forehead. What’s most surprising is that these dramatic changes started fairly recently — before that, he was an ordinary office manager. His journey began with his first piercing at the age of 40.

He was born in Dortmund, earned a university degree, and worked in an IT company. His life used to be like anyone else’s.

He now has about 560 piercings — including intimate ones not visible to the public. On his face alone, there are 170.
He also has a split tongue and subdermal implants that resemble horns. His skin is barely visible beneath all the ink.
These modifications helped him earn a world record for the most body modifications.
According to Rolf, this is his way of expressing freedom. He considers these changes a form of art. He doesn’t believe he became someone else — rather, these changes helped him connect with his true self.
And he’s right. Though his appearance might seem intimidating, Rolf is actually a polite and kind person. He speaks calmly, smiles often, and connects with people easily.
His look sparks different reactions — some people are shocked, others admire him. Some even express disgust.
In 2014, Rolf was denied entry into Dubai. Authorities claimed it was for security reasons, and airport security reportedly mistook him for a black magician.
